Course Description:

Yoga Class

Mixed level’s for beginners and students that have had at least 6 weeks for instruction and for students familiar with the asana’s and more than 6 weeks of instruction

Level I - Basic poses are taught including standing, seated, forward and backward extensions, twists and inversions. Level I is for the beginner and continuing students.

Level II - The student will be guided into deepening the basic poses and learning more advanced asanas.

Restorative - The student is guided through a series of supportive poses the restore the body and mind. Typically the last week of the month.
